MBBS, MRCP (UK), FRCP (Edinburgh), is a renowned Physician & Gastroenterologist. He established the first comprehensive Gastrointestinal & Liver Disease Clinic in Gujranwala in 1999. He served as President of Pakistan Society of Hepatology from 2022 to 2025 and is the Founder / Vice-Chairman of PARSA Trust. Under his leadership, PARSA ECHO Pakistan, a joint project of the PARSA Trust & University of New Mexico, USA has played a vital role in democratizing knowledge and building capacity for Primary Care Physicians in Pakistan. His areas of Specialist Interest are Viral Hepatitis, Fatty Liver Disease, Liver Cancer and Hepatitis Elimination in Pakistan. In October 2024, he was awarded the prestigious Global Community Service Award by the American College of Gastroenterology.
